Second Draft, back to the top Book a free call

00Career coaching
Bristol and by video

Ready for the second draft of your working life?

One-to-one coaching for people who are good at their jobs and quietly wondering what comes next. We’ll work out what to keep, what to cut, and what to write in.

Two wooden armchairs either side of a small glass table, with stripes of morning sun across the wall and floor.

1The room on Gloucester Road: two chairs, a window, and no whiteboard.

01Is it for you?

Sound familiar?

  • You’re good at your job, and it no longer feels like yours.
  • You’ve outgrown the role, but you can’t see the next one.
  • You’re going back to work and want to choose, not just accept.
  • Everyone else seems to have a plan.

Coaching gives that question an hour of its own, every fortnight.

02How it works

Three stages, no surprises.

  1. First · free

    A first conversation

Thirty minutes by phone or video. We talk about where you are, and whether coaching is the right help. There’s no pressure to book.

  2. Then · fortnightly

    Six sessions, a fortnight apart

Sixty minutes each, in Bristol or by video. Between sessions, small things to try, not homework.

  3. After · yours to keep

    A plan you keep

After the sixth session you get a written plan: what you want, what’s in the way, and your next steps.

A closed notebook with a pen on a wooden table, lit by a tall window.

03Fees

Plain fees, agreed up front.

The first conversation is always free. After that, you choose.

Six sessions

Fortnightly, with the written plan at the end. £90 a session.

£540

A single session

Sixty minutes, for one decision that needs thinking through.

£95

An open book lying on a bed in low evening sun, a pen tucked between its pages.
