    An old fuse box swapped for a modern consumer unit with RCD protection on every circuit, usually in a day.

    Downlights, pendants, track and garden lights, on dimmers if you want them.

    An extra double socket where you need one, or a whole room of new plates to match.

Nothing goes back on until it’s tested.

    Test

    Every circuit we touch is tested for continuity, insulation and earth before the power goes back on.

  2. 02

    Certify

    You get an Electrical Installation Certificate, or a Minor Works certificate for smaller jobs, the same day.

  3. 03

    Notify

    Work that needs it is registered with building control under Part P, so it’s on record when you sell.

Switch off at the consumer unit if it’s safe to. If you can see smoke or flames, leave the house and call 999.
